well, it turned out, ii was simply drinking too much of apple juice.
but ii only realized this after ii saw my stats in my freshly coded FOOD & MOOD iOS app.
that is why ii am sure it can be put to good use, especially if the customers are honest to their self and record their food input diligently, while also tracking their moods after eating. good data allows FOOD & MOOD to show You which foods induce positive and which foods induce negative moods.
every food record is followed by a mood record. mood records can consist of up to 12 value sliders, default value sliders are:
body - how does the body feel?
mind - alert, fresh?
spirit - happy?
